Only four months ago Wild Palms played at White Trash and now they’re back again. They must indeed love Berlin – can you blame them?
Wild Palms play bleak, post-industrial Bauhaus inspired driving basslines, and stringent yet powerful lead vocals – a ferocious, four-headed beast melding deconstructed guitar lines and Parish’s thundering rhythms to Hill’s staccato wordplay. Originally forming in 2008 as Ex-Lion Tamers, the band signed to One Little Indian the following year releasing Gareth Jones produced debut album, Until Spring in March 2011 to glowing reviews from Artrocker, Q, The Fly, Clash and The 405. They have played alongside the likes of Gang of Four and have toured with Cold War Kids, Good Shoes, The Warlocks and The Big Pink in the UK and Europe.
