Sound of Liberation presents a line-up of psych/stoner heavyness to close out the year at Lido with Dutch stoner-trio Sungrazer, Belgian prog-stoner rockers Hypnos 69 and Glowsun, a French stoner-punch three-piece as they like to call themselves.
Well, as you can see this is the night to bliss out your brain on whatever your poison is and well, let your hair down…if you have long hair of course. Yes, there’ll be plenty of hair on view on stage and god knows probably in the audience aswell, these bands seem to have quite a following making this one of my end of tips for sheer thrills, headbanging and all those classic guitar poses the bands are going to pull off.
Here’s a video from each, Sungrazer’s If is the best to be honest, I mean just look at it, two lava worlds collide (2:40 in) and they provide the soundtrack as molten, liquid lava oozes everywhere and various other planets are hit by meteors…I vote these guys get to play the end of the world soundtrack:
