There was this one time that I was in my galactic cruiser, surfing along the inside edge of the spiralling Milky Way, just because that’s how I like to spend my Sundays. I was really up for some good music as I watched the stars fling themselves past my window, something really excellent, but I really didn’t have anything much more than some native throat singing recordings that I grabbed from a star system inside of Capricorn and some old Neil Young eight-tracks that I’d heard a million times. Slow Magic would have been perfect for this moment. Perfect.
Ignoring the fact that that never happened and pretending that it did, I would be nothing if not utterly correct about my choice in music at this moment. Slow Magic is the perfect selection for late night inter-stellar travel, or even just a quick trip out of the Solar System. Spacey indie-electronica, where have you been all my (cosmic seafaring) life.
