Polly Jean Harvey burst into your life with Sheela na gig way back in 1992 was it? Who can remember and does it really matter, it’s still a dancefloor filler in some countries where indie disco still means good music and good times.
PJ Harvey‘s career has been nothing short of intriguing. Adored by fans and some critics, adorable in interviews, a devil-woman live when she wants to be or the elegant indie goddess, she has it all. Oh and she’s had Nick Cave too…just to prove her awesomeness. The only question remaining is how did Cave manage to mess that one up but I imagine Harvey is bored of that old one.
Admiralspalast provide the suitably plush surroundings in which to receive the first lady of indie rock.
