They’re called Jonny and having very little to go on here apart from the fact that it’s Norman Blake and Euros Childs, leaders of Teenage Fanclub and Gorky’s Zygotic Mynci respectively, I suppose little else need be said really.
The union of these two quiet genii of british independent music seems like a match made in tunefulness-heaven. Has anyone produced more delicious hooks, harmonies and downright summery-popness than these two? It’s a marriage of welsh and scottish song writing wizardry and here it comes for a cosy night in Privatclub. Ssshhhh, don’t tell the hipsters.
