Berlin based Songwriter Hans Slo collaborates with string quartet IG Streichmetall for a contemplative set creating chamberfolk epics about King Ludwig II., cereals and Schneweide.
The six piece ensemble has been playing together for a year. Most recently they snuck into a festival for classical music, causing a scandal amongst those who were not used to electric guitars, drums or microphones. The final product sound like the awesome end of Peter Gabriel’s stuff fused with a dusty indie-folk that’s a bit timeless but modern at the same time.
