LIVE for the re-opening of RAUM20!

FATHER MURPHY Think of Gnostic masses, kabbalistic chanting, chiming little bells, tinny Gregorian-like drones played on toy-keyboards and the subtle but inescapable influence of 70’s Italian horror rock acts like Jacula and you will have some of the ingredients that make Father Murphy’s music. Add a good deal of lunacy and enough humour to keep the gloom away (just because you cannot take yourself that seriously) and the album is here in all its strangely beguiling simplicity.

STRANGE FORCES Their influences range from Spacerock to obscure New-Age Prophecies. It sounds like a black sanded beach below 20 suns. It’s mulitdimensional dark-surf, powered by Peyeote and driven by dark matter induced by their pineal gland. Strange Forces deliver a washed out Lo-Fi Psychedelic experience channeling organic and digital sounds from one swell to another.

CHINOOK WIND
Chinook Wind is a psychedelic duo formed by Marco Bernacchia (Above the tree, Mazca) and Riccardo Biondetti (In Zaire, G.I.Joe). Taking inspiration from weird psychedelic music from all around the world their sound is a mix of psychedelia, kraut, afro beat and strange folk. Playing processed drums, guitars and delayed voices they can send the audience into an ecstatic acid trip where the Chinook wind blows and the sorcerers dance!
