They’ll be playing both Reading and Leeds festivals this year, and if nothing else that alone calls for a solid warmup before strapping up their boots. Playing a few gigs throughout Britain and Europe, Eagles Of Death Metal have been kindly invited by the wonderful folks at Lido to perform a show here in Berlin. That’s how these things work, right?
There hasn’t been a new album from them in ages (2009′s Heart On) and there’s no real rumble regarding one. Maybe one of us can sneak backstage somehow, sidle up to Jesse or Josh and quietly suggest it to them. That would be amazing and would be an ace story to tell people at the pub.
