Dutch Destine and Berlin Poolstar* (don’t forget the asterisk!) will be play a free show tonight at Comet Club. Doors open at 8 so be on time to get in.
Poolstar* will be on stage at 9pm. I’ve known the band for years and some of you might have seen them supporting die Aerzte or the Beatsteaks. Here’s my favourite tune of there’s.
Destine is a dutch pop punk band who put themselves in line with bands such as Fall Out Boy, Paramore and the Simply Plan. I grant them the comparison to the latter two but being a huge fan of FOB I think the comparison to them is rather cheeky. Anyway, their stuff sounds like fun (although Poolstar* is the recommended band here).
