Footwerk! is headlined by Addison Groove accompanied by friends and conspirators DJ Rashad, himself instrumental to the creation & progression of Chicago Juke, and Lando Kal out of Lazer Sword, originally from the US but now living here in Berlin, doing a live set that not only shows off his signature future-hip hop sound, but also “the enriching impact Juke had on producers world-wide“, which sounds pretty lofty, but when you’ve necked three pills at Horst and find yourself dancing like a maniac at 6am and telling everyone that thisisthebestpartyyou’veeverbeentoinmylife, grandiose language in the press release will be the last thing you’re thinking about.
