This raucous bunch of multi-instrumentalists invade the cosy surroundings of Salon Remise for a Saturday night hoe-down. Well worth getting along to this most charming of venues, it’s cheap drinks, good folks and always, absolutely always, good music.
The Vermont Joy Parade is a five piece ensemble featuring banjo, trumpet, accordion, guitar, drums/percussion, playing a fervent and eclectic blend of old-time, blues, dixieland, Cajun, jug, and klezmer known as “all time music”. Their alchemical blend of alternately rambunctious and soulful tunes has been received with enthusiasm by people from all walks of life in all regions of America and Europe. There is something for everyone in the music as they croon, warble, mourn, stomp, and wail.
