Chixdiggit from Canada and Love Lanes from Berlin line-up at Cortina Bob tonight and there could be a surprise in store for you here…Love Lanes is what I mean.
Last Saturday at Antje Oklesund Love Lanes played a storming set for over an hour in steaming heat and they never let up. Robust and technically brilliant this is a band you really need to catch live now. Half-german, half french, all class, they mix the lyrics between english, german and french, inspiring their self-appointed genre of Neue Deutsch-Franzzische Welle which will show you they have a good sense of humour aswell. If I say more it might seem that I think you should only go for these guys and not the headliner but I’m going to leave that up to you to decide.
