Ned Collette’s Regular monday Night at Valentin Stberl takes a break until July after tonight as Ned leaves this gorgeous summer for the wintry climes of Australia and a tour with his Wirewalker band in support of their new record 2.
Tonight Ned welcomes Holly Mae And The Painted Room. Holly and sisters Sara and Kathy Kwon are no strangers to a lot of you out there and this most compact of rooms should provide the perfect setting for their recent re-arrangement of their hitherto folky approach to a more controlled, and most of all, electric based style. Holly’s songs still take centre-stage though with this new approach giving her lyrics the space they need to take full effect on the listener.
Holly and the girls are on at 8.30pm so don’t be late.
