Berlin post-rock kids Lonski & Classen have worked for almost two years at it, undoubtedly with a beer or two in the middle of course, but their second album is ready for you to listen to and love. Climbing On Branches is the title and because they’re so pleased with the way it turned out, they’re doing a quick four date tour of Germany starting with a show here in Berlin at Kater Holzig to play it for you live.
Rostock’s answer to the Flaming Lips, ellenschneider play support on the night doing their morose, psychedelic, post-rock, weird-rock thing. The sound is more than a bit unique and it’s one that’s gained them more than a few fans so far and hopefully will even further when part of such a really solid lineup with L&C.
