Local Berlin folk-prog act Fauns are doing a little show at Junction Bar, being a bit Middle Earth and a little bit dancing naked at Stonehenge during the Equinox, but with keeping their clothes on most probably.
Somewhere in the same territory as Midlake, although less poppy and more psych, Fauns feature flute, viola, keys and a bunch of other acoustic instruments. It’s a big sound, but it peaks well and is totally focussed. Good stuff.
Supporting on the night will be Finnish folk-metal act Kultasiipi doing a medieval rock thing fused with Finnish folk-songs.
